How inquiry details are handled
Inquiry details are kept private to consider the question and reply when appropriate.
What the forms collect
A topic suggestion needs only a question; name and reply email are optional. Sponsorship and commissioned-study inquiries ask for a name, reply email, question or fit, and desired timing. Organization and budget range are optional.
Please do not send sensitive personal or research data, passwords, payment details or attachments.
What confirmation means
Accepted submissions are saved in a private, recoverable queue accessible to the authorized operator. A successful confirmation gives a reference. No automatic email notification is sent, and confirmation does not establish delivery to an inbox or guarantee a reply.
Submitted text is treated as untrusted information. It cannot authorize publication, spending, account changes, a contract or commissioned work.
Storage and spam prevention
Inquiry records remain until the operator reviews or removes them; a general retention period has not yet been adopted. To limit spam, the forms keep a keyed digest of the connection address for rate control rather than the address itself. These anti-abuse records expire after one hour.
No advertising analytics, public account, file upload or newsletter signup is included. No assessed legal-compliance certification is claimed.
Questions or removal requests
