About RealStuff

RealStuff is a human-directed, AI-assisted project focused on clear data visuals and short, evidence-led explanations for ordinary readers.

Who directs the work

Keith directs RealStuff with Kai, an AI assistant. The aim is to make evidence understandable while keeping sources, methods, limitations and corrections easy to inspect.

How work is reviewed

Original and commissioned work requires Keith's recorded review of methods, data, calculations and conclusions before publication. Routine explanations of existing evidence follow source, calculation and editorial eligibility checks. Uncertainty, sensitive information and higher-risk claims receive targeted review.

AI assistance is disclosed where it explains how a piece was prepared. Analysis of existing data is identified as analysis; it is not described as newly collected observations. No claim of perfect neutrality is made.

Inquiries and independence

A commissioned-study inquiry proposes a question for possible work. The scope, timing and individual quote are discussed separately. A client cannot buy an outcome. Sponsorship supports suitable independently planned work, with clear disclosure and no control over the topic, findings or conclusions.

Business status

Keith describes RealStuff as a DBA. No nonprofit, tax-exempt status or charitable deductibility is claimed.
